Warranty Claims

Swany products are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the original date of purchase. Normal wear and tear is not covered.

Where you purchased your product determines how your warranty is handled.

If you purchased your Swany product from a retail store or authorized dealer (online or in-store), your warranty must be handled by the store you purchased from. Please contact that retailer directly to start your warranty claim.

This warranty submission form is only for customers who purchased their product directly from Swany (swanycanada.com).

For direct purchases from Swany, you will need:

• A photo of the entire glove or pair of gloves, including photos of both the palm and backside
• A close-up photo clearly showing the problem
• A photo of the inside tag with the style number
  (example: SX-1M, SLX-13L)
• Proof of purchase from Swany (order confirmation or receipt)
